Turning AI Anxiety into smooth organisational adoption
What is Lawren.AI?
Lawren is a regulatory-ready AI infrastructure that transforms organisational complexity into traceable, compliant certainty while reducing cognitive load for the people who use it.
The Challenge
Lawren.AI was launched into a market defined both by suspicion toward AI and tech startup saturation.
The main challenge was aligning three distinct logics with one coherent AI product narrative: investment scalability, executive risk control, and employee cognitive safety.
My Role
For adopters, I built the dual Buyer-User architecture and anchored the brand in Safety through Innovation. I integrated behavioural economics into the positioning and shaped the “Work Lounge” UX to reduce intimidation before mastery, making AI legible, calm and adoptable.
For investors, I framed Lawren as infrastructure, not interface, positioned for regulation-dense industries where complexity converts into defensible value.
I structured the narrative around risk reduction, scalability and AI Act alignment, translating deep research capability into a credible market thesis.
SAVE TIME. REDUCE COSTS. MAKE ROOM FOR MIND.
The Approach
C-level & end-users
The strategy focused on behavioural adoption before technological admiration. We designed one system for two psychological needs:
• control, predictability and risk mitigation for leadership
• clarity, reduced cognitive load and emotional safety for employees
The interface was conceived as a habitat rather than a command tool, reframing innovation as protection and precision as relief.
Investors
The strategy is regulatory-forward. We positioned Lawren within the structural demand created by the enforcement of the AI Act, anticipating a shift toward ownable, traceable and compliant AI systems. Rather than selling generic AI capability, we articulated Lawren as controllable infrastructure for regulation-dense industries, where governance, auditability and anonymisation become not features, but long-term market drivers.
What I am proud of
This project pushed me to become AI-literate and to really understand what makes a start-up investable.
From market logic and defensibility to scalability and regulatory shifts, I built complex decks and narratives that forced me to grow beyond marketing, into technology, infrastructure and business architecture.
